BRIM Builders, Inc. acquired a former drive-in movie theater and the surrounding land to develop the Chambersburg Trades & Technology Center on 10 acres. In addition, BRIM facilitated the creation of a township road for the community, complete with utilities, fiber optics, and extra parking, all in accordance with PennDot and Township regulations.
