Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins is an out-parcel located at Guilford Town Square. This facility was developed as a design/build project under a long-term lease agreement. BRIM Builders, Inc. undertook the demolition of four structures across three acres and implemented a land plan that integrated Dunkin' Donuts into the Guilford Town Square. This integration provided the restaurant and retail center with a unique western theme and character that is unparalleled in the area. Collaborating with corporate partners to optimize value engineering was crucial to the project's success.
